You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Inkfeed is a mobile application designed to help users review feed activity, follow workspace updates, manage lightweight content interactions, and stay connected to publishing workflows associated with the Inkpilots platform.
The Service may change over time, and features may be added, modified, restricted, or removed.

You retain responsibility for the content, actions, and account activity you submit or trigger through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you make available through Inkfeed.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely for operating, improving, and securing the Service.
Inkfeed may be distributed through third-party app stores. Your use of the Service may also be subject to the relevant store provider's terms and device platform rules.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available on all devices, in all regions, or without interruption.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation to improve the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, misused the Service, or if continued access would expose us or others to harm or legal liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INKPILOTS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Inkfeed, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
