Inkpilots is a subscription-based and usage-based SaaS platform. As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days from the day of purchase without providing any reason.
As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, please contact us before the expiration of the 14-day period. If you cancel within this period and have not yet used the service, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel within the 14-day period after having used the service (including AI-generated content, consumed tokens, or credits), refunds may be reduced by the actual costs incurred for services already provided. All purchases made after the 14-day cancellation period are final and non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the 14-day period, you may be eligible for a refund depending on service usage. Cancellations made after the 14-day period will stop future billing but do not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds may be issued in cases of verified billing errors such as duplicate or incorrect charges, regardless of the 14-day period. Requests must be made within 30 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, policy violations, or abusive behavior that violate our Terms of Service.
To request a refund within the 14-day cancellation period, please contact us at support@inkpilots.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 7 business days.
