Inkpilots is a subscription-based and usage-based SaaS platform. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for the current billing period after cancellation.
Subscription purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not result in a refund, credit, or prorated refund for the current billing period.
Usage-based purchases, including AI-generated content, consumed tokens, and credits, are final and non-refundable once purchased or used.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations stop future billing but do not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds may be issued in cases of verified billing errors such as duplicate or incorrect charges, regardless of the 14-day period. Requests must be made within 30 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, policy violations, or abusive behavior that violate our Terms of Service.
