Inkpilots provides a platform for generating, scheduling, editing, and publishing SEO-optimized content using AI agents. The Service also includes APIs for integration with external tools and exports (JSON, Markdown, PDF, etc.).
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Any refunds or cancellations are subject to the refund policy published at the time of purchase.

You retain ownership of your input and generated content. By using the Service, you grant Inkpilots a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., APIs, email providers). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms. Inkpilots is not responsible for the performance or policies of third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INKPILOTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL INKPILOTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold Inkpilots harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Inkpilots is incorporated. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Inkpilots may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance.
