Assistant and Public Chat

Workspace

Configure the public AI assistant widget, manage visitor chat parameters, and enforce monthly token budget caps.

1. Enable the AI Assistant Widget

1. Navigate to Workspace Settings > Assistant.
2. Locate the Public Chat option.
3. Toggle Enable Assistant to active. This will embed the interactive chat icon at the bottom-right corner of your public workspace.
4. Set an initial greeting message for visitors.

2. Set Up a Monthly Token Cap

1. Go to the Assistant Settings tab.
2. Locate the Monthly Token Limit input field.
3. Enter your maximum allowed token consumption (e.g. 50,000 tokens).
4. Review the Current Used Tokens status tracker to observe current resource spend.
5. If the workspace hits the limit, public chat will pause, displaying a custom warning message to visitors.
