Digests and Review

Workflow

Manage subscriber acquisition lists, track visitor conversion metrics, and prepare newsletter broadcasts.

1. Enable Public Subscription Capture

1. Go to the Workspace Presentation settings tab.
2. Toggle Show Digest Subscription Modal to active.
3. Visitors to your public workspace URL will now see a subscription prompt dialog. Dismissed or joined status will save to local storage to prevent repeated prompts.

2. Review Subscriber Analytics

1. Navigate to the Digests tab on your workspace dashboard.
2. Select your reporting window (Day, Week, or Month).
3. Review:
   • Total Joined: Your total active subscriber base.
   • Period Growth: Numeric and percentage growth compared to the previous period.
   • Recency Feed: Timestamps showing the latest visitor sign-ups.

3. Create a Broadcast Draft

1. Navigate to the Digests tab and click Create Broadcast.
2. Select Draft Newsletter to write email content in the composer.
3. Note: Full outbound email sending is staged. Email templates can currently be exported for manual distribution.
