Settings, Notifications, and Usage
Operations
Manage your workspace settings, configure push notifications, track resource usage, and verify plan token costs.
1. Configure General Settings
- Navigate to Workspace Settings > General.
- Identity: Set or update your Workspace Name and custom Slug. Custom slugs will automatically run an availability check.
- Defaults: Configure your workspace tone, default image style, and language.
- Google Analytics: Input your Measurement ID to embed analytics tags in public pages.
2. Set Up Push Notifications
- Navigate to the Notifications tab.
- Select Enable Notifications. The system checks browser capabilities and requests browser permissions.
- Once allowed, the browser registers a background service worker to sync push events for article completion and dashboard changes.
- To disable alerts, select Remove Subscription.
3. Monitor Usage History
- Navigate to the Usage tab.
- Review the logs containing actual token consumption, generated articles, generated images, public API request volume, and batch operations.
- Use the filter dropdown to query logs by specific triggers (e.g., Content Generation, API requests, Web Search).
4. Quotas & Token Cost Structure
Tokens are consumed dynamically per action. Check your plan's token budget under the Billing tab.
Generation Token Costs
The following budgets are deducted from your monthly allowance when generating media blocks:

Estimated Usage Guide
- Average Article: ~7,000 tokens (includes outlines, draft copy, and SEO passes).
- Public Chat Limits: Configurable token caps can be adjusted on the Public Chat settings page to control visitor conversation spend.
