Workspace

Automate your content generation by creating scheduled or batched AI agents and providing reference files in the workspace library.

1. Configure and Launch an Agent

  1. Go to the Agents tab.
  2. Select Create Agent.
  3. Identity: Define an Agent Name and Prompt instructions.
  4. LLM Engine: Select the target AI model and the output language.

    • Scheduled: Set the recurrence interval (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly) and maximum article count.
    • Batched: Set a one-time queue size limit.
  6. Select Create Agent to queue or schedule generation.

2. Configure Agent Search and Generation Tools

Before launching, configure target tool access in the agent settings:

  • Image Generation: Toggle on to generate up to three low-quality images per article (consumes image tokens).
  • Web Search: Toggle on to fetch live facts. Input specific domain filters to restrict searches to trusted sites.
  • File Search: Toggle on to retrieve context from files.

3. Upload Reference Files to the Library

  1. Navigate to the Library tab.
  2. Click Upload File to add reference texts (e.g. style guides, product guidelines).
  3. Review details like filename, file size, and upload timestamp.
  4. In the Agent configuration form under Context, select the uploaded reference file to attach it to the agent's prompt context database.
